The past, present and future

After not having had my own site on the internet since approximately 2001 I decided that 2020 was a good time to have one again.

I have been developing and working with web sites, online booking, e-commerce and integrations since around 1997.

Most of my work has been using PHP, which I first found out about in 1998 in its 3.0 version.

I use this site to explore technology and I find that Eleventy + Netlify captures the 1998 spirit of PHP + shared hosting. It's fun, it's fast, it's productive and you can use it the way you prefer to work.
